3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards during the telephone verification call. We do not process online payments through this website.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered via email to the address provided in your order form. Delivery occurs only after successful telephone verification and payment processing. Typically, delivery happens within 1 hour of telephone confirmation during business hours.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery via email, all sales are final once the PDF file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased guide, please contact info@newheatonhalal.co.uk and we will assist you promptly.
